What do I do when…

Common Internet issues start with power and signal. Check your Internet service provider’s equipment. Is it on? Try unplugging power from the device for 30 seconds and reconnect. Do the same for you router afterwards. If the problem persists, call Big Tree Networking or your Internet Provider for more assistance.
